We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as our working standard. Accessibility is part of the way we design, write, build and review the site, and we continue to improve it as content and commerce features change.
What we are working to support
- Clear heading structure and meaningful page landmarks.
- Keyboard access for navigation, controls, forms and product details.
- Visible focus states and readable color contrast.
- Alternative text for meaningful product and editorial images.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens.
- Plain labels and helpful error messages for forms and checkout actions.
Third-party checkout
Purchases may move from this site to Shopify and a licensed retailer’s checkout. Those services control their own accessibility. If a third-party step creates a barrier, contact us and we will help identify another way to access the product or information where possible.
Ongoing review
Digital accessibility is ongoing. New pages, media and integrations can introduce issues, so we review the experience and address barriers that are reported or found during testing.
